THE TOWN SQUARE

What’s the best view in the world? Other people. Ultimately, looking at people beats looking at the ocean or the Alps. Our front porches provide the viewing areas on our residential streets. Our sidewalk cafes, benches and boardwalk provide it in our town square. Our town square will be a center of happenstance, social interaction -- and all Ramonans are invited. There will always be a lot going on. Included will be three sidewalk cafes, one fine-dining restaurant, bookstore, ice cream store, bowling alley, other retail, office space and six apartments over the retail.
